The name
Why a raven
In Norse myth, Huginn ("thought") is one of Odin's two ravens. Each dawn it flies out across the world, and each night it returns to tell Odin what it has learned.
That is the job. We go into a business, learn how it really runs, and come back with the automations that give people their hours back.
